Premium Grass-fed Organic Beef

Our beef comes from ‘Old Style’ British cattle breeds (Hereford and Angus), which have the best attributes for obtaining premium eating quality and are bred to finish on grass. The cattle are MSA graded and tenderloin stretched for added tenderness and are then aged for 8-10 days before being cut and vacuum sealed.
The cattle, entirely grass fed, are raised on the lush pastures of South Gippsland, one of the wettest and most fertile regions in Victoria. The farm is fully sustainable, with all the water and feed for the stock provided by pasture and dams on the property. No artificial fertilizers or pesticides, hormones or antibiotics are used. Organic certification ensures that only organic farming practices are used, which means the pastures are balanced and healthy, the soils are abundant with life and the animals are content. Stock are shifted on to fresh pasture every day, and because of their natural and healthy environment, there is no need for drenches or other artificial inputs.
