Our lamb comes fresh from the rain-drenched pastures of South Gippsland, one of the wettest and most fertile regions in Victoria. The farm is fully sustainable, with all the water and feed for the stock provided by pasture and dams on the property. No artificial fertilizers or pesticides, hormones or antibiotics are used. Organic certification ensures that only organic farming practices are used, which means the pastures are balanced and healthy, the soils are abundant with life and the animals are content. Stock are shifted on to fresh pasture every day, and because of their natural and healthy environment, there is no need for drenches or other artificial inputs.
