Our beef comes from a certified organic farm in northern Victoria, nestled in a picturesque valley in the foothills of the Snowy Mountains. Stock graze on rain-fed pastures free of artificial pesticides or fertilizers, and are given no hormonal growth stimulants or antibiotics. The cattle are grass fed and grass finished. During processing, the meat is aged for 7 days before it is cut and vacuum sealed, and delivered fresh to Melbourne the day before the delivery weekend.
